DON'T DO IT! It's terrible....the employees will treat you like gold until you move in...then you are just a pain to them. They do not care about any of your problems and they are all very very rude. It's really sad actually. I feel like management needs to get rid of them and start over. There is one girl there that is always nice( Tyneka)...SHE IS THE ONLY ONE. The rest of them should follow her lead.

Yes you are correct. I lived at Steeplechase for MANY years, with the new management you are not treated with respect. I got married and wanted to place my wife's name on my lease, management said they need to do a credit check on me and charge me $25.00 to place my wife's name on the lease. For over 13 years I have paid the rent on time, and they want to charge me $25.00 to do a credit check on me to place my wife's name on the lease, this is unreasonable. All I can say, the new management does not treal LONG TERM RESIDENTS with RESPECT. When Town & Country owned the property we had EXCELLENT maintenance, many of the very good maintenance people quit because of lower wages offered from the new management, some were fired because of disagreement with the property manager. Now you got dumb and dumber in the maintenance field. The property manager said they treat every resident the same, MY OPIONION, NO RESPECT, NO UNDERSTANDING. I will not say anymore, very dissappointed with the conditions of the new management.
