I have seen so many negative comments, I figured I'd add to the too few positive ones. I have been a resident here for nearly two years. Yes, my rent went up. Show me a place where it doesn't. Yes, there can be a bit of noise as people move around above me. These apartments have "false floors", so you will here some floor creaking occassionally, but I never hear a neighbor's TV, nor their young children playing. When you live in such close proximity to others, you will occassionally hear people. Live with it or buy a single home on 100 acres someplace. Overall its very peacful and quiet, IMHO. I have personally inteacted frequently and always very positively with the management office. Maintenance, other than an issue with the previous management company, has always been prompt and professional. Parking is plentiful. The pool is very nice, and I don't mind paying a bit for it if it means the difference between a nice private pool for the community and a public pool nightmare like some other communities in the area I could mention. They have been addressign speeding in the commnity, and have recently installed some speed bumps. They have proactively sent messages about people cleaning up after their pets, and about people being courteous smokers and properly disposing of butts. They have been prompt with both snow removal and salting all winter. During the warm weather, the grounds are well maintained. If I had one complaint it would just be that my windows and sliding door needed to be better insulated and caulked for drafts. Both issues I frankly addressed myself in a weekend and with $20. I would highly recommend this as a place to live.

I have lived her for over two years and we love it. You don't pay to use the pool, only if you want the guest pass for unlimited use by up to 5 guests.

I have been a resident here for about a year and a half, and my experience matches 100% with the author's. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to a friend.
