I lived at Steeplechase for over a year and loved every minute. When we first moved in there was a water pressure problem that required digging in the parking lots which they did immediatly to correct the issue. Also the only other time I had to call maintenance at night was when I accidentally turned my furnace off and they responded in less than 10 minutes and were very friendly, even though it was my fault.

The office was always professional, very honest and trustworthy, and VERY friendly. They were very accomodating when I was scheduling my move out, being very flexable and helpful.

Even though the rent was a little higher than other places I've lived, it was well worth the price because of the great apartment and excellent service in the office by everyone. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
