I have just moved in and so far I LOVE it here. The maintance is very friendly and prompt. Michelle in the leasing office is amazing. She was so helpful when we moved in and she went over and above her job responsabilities to make sure our move in was flawless. If your gonna rent from here i would recommend trying to work with her. The pool is great and the fitness center is awesome (small but gets the job done) The only problem Iv had so far has been with the Comcast guy but they suck no matter where you live. :) I will keep you updated with anything that may change.

How much do you typically pay for utilities? Also how is parking? Thanks!

so far i have gotten a bill of $17 for 10 days of water and sewage and BGE was $160 but I did laundry everyday and and kept the air on a cool 70 degrees. Parking has never been an issue
