Coming up on three years here. Would have moved after 1 except its the cheapest 1BR in the area with a W/D. Walls & door are paper thin. Floors squeak everywhere. Haven't seen them replace an air filter yet, so it's very dusty. They rarely give you notice when they come in. Maint ain't too smart. After they put in new windows & sliding doors (which don't fit well at all) they spray-painted the frames. Paint now speckles all the new glass. I absolutely HATE the water and sewer billing service. Just raise the %$*& rent and pay it all!

I am a resident, this review is correct. Management only cares about one thing raise the rent as much as possible and collect the rent. If you are 5 days late you receive a notice in on your door that town and country is filing legal action against you to take you to court. You can wait forever for management to repair your apartment for health reasons and it will not get fixed. Rent, this is the only thing this company knows.
