My boyfriend and I moved in on June 1st and everything has been wonderful so far!
The apartment is huge. Tons of closet space...all my stuff FINALLY has a place to go.
The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. New appliances and cabinets and very well lit thanks to the window and sliding doors.
The outdoor setting is beautiful...I love how this complex is set back from major roads. It's basically a little "hide-away".
I haven't heard anything from our neighbors through the walls. It's nice and quiet.
The pool is great...however I would love for it to open earlier than noon. Morning swims would be nice.
Parking is always available and the complex with well lit at night. I'm not scared at all to be alone after dark.
Maintenance has been wonderful. One night we realized our air wasn't working. My boyfriend called around 7pm and I told him I didn't think that they wouldn't come because it wasn't an "emergency". About 1/2 an hour later they were there looking at the air conditioning and had it fixed. Amazing...especially because it was really hot that night.
We love it here and don't plan on moving unless it's to a house!
