My family and I have been living in Topfield for over 5 years. The apartments are large and well built. There are concrete ceilings and thick walls. You will probably never hear your neighbors. The appliances are modern and if you ever have a problem they are fixed immediately. There is more than enough parking for everyone and the grounds are well maintained. There is plenty of open grass and trees everywhere. The complex backs up to Loch Raven and is surrounded by nice single family homes , so there is not a lot of traffic running through the neighborhood. It seems very safe. I have only heard of one robbery the whole time I have lived here, and that was someone who left there door open at Christmastime. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an alternative to buying an overpriced town home and wants the benefit of the nice schools up here.
