Quiet for apartment living.

I have lived at Topfield for over 5 years and have loved living here. it is well hidden off of the main road. It is far enough from the busy streets, but within minutes of shopping. It is truely one of the quieter apartment communities I have lived in. Most of the time I do not hear my neighbors, even if I do its for a short period of time. you cant expect to live in an apartment and not hear anything your neighbors are doing. my apartment is large and has plenty of storage space.(one of the reasons I chose to live here) The grounds look beautiful in the spring and summer. The office staff has always been nice, even with the change of the management company. The rent has increased since Home Properties has taken over. They are increasing rents, but at the same time have been doing some big improvements to the property. The maintenace does a great job, I never wait long to have any repairs completed. I have never had any issues of not having anything not fixed correctly or to my liking. They do a good job with snow removal and I can count on being able to safely go to work when needed. If you want to live in a country setting this is the place for you.
