Very cheap, spacious. I had 2 bedroom 2 bath with vaulted cielings, has large balconey. Lived at the Lakes. Maintenance is VERY fast and fixes anything you need. And they give you a chance to get money off rent everytime maintenance comes.

Pretty quiet, lots of parking at The Lakes. Rent increased only a little bit the 3 years I was there. When you decide to leave be sure to notify the leasing office way in advance though to make sure there are no problems. Never had any rats, roaches or any vermin. Electric bills were very low,probably good insulation because i always ran the heat or air. They routinely change air filters and check your smoke detector.

Be sure to pay rent on time, even 1 day late means huge eviction notice taped to apartment complex door. Cheap and good value in towson /cockeysville area.
