So I've been here 2 years, 7 months now. I am soooo ready to leave. I've never heard of an apartment that is ready to evict you when you're just one month behind. With the economy and virtually everyone struggling, you would think they would be more understanding. This just shows that they care about nothing but their money. It isn't the worst place in the world. I would call it a starter place. If you are really just wanting to get out of your parents house or you just recently got divorced and need a place to stay until you get on your feet, I would suggest it because its one of the cheapest in the area, and its a very nice area (near Hunt Valley). However, I would never move into another Henderson Webb community ever. The walls are way too thin. I was in the hall getting my mail and I could hear the people downstairs having sex. It sounded like they were right in the hallway. I could her the man above me snoring upstairs. The maintenance men are pretty nice, but I do not like coming home to them in my apartment doing whatever routine crap they do. Also, they have a major centipede problem, and these creatures do bite and they hide in your clothes and under your bathmat. Its not fun. They often hide under your sheets. I am not exaggerating. I found something that got rid of them but you have to put it down every 2-3 months or you will start seeing them again (Demon WP, for your info). On a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 4.
