This apartment is not what I expected. The entry way is usually unkept; the door doesn't lock most of the time and it stinks most of the time. I even had to make my own nameplate for my mailbox. The floors and the plumbing are very noisy in my unit. When my neighbor is walking around, it sounds like I am under a construction zone. I lost many nights of sleep as a result. What makes the situation worse is that I addressed the issue with the management on several occasions and still nothing was done about it. The service department is not very expeditious or accurate. There were also times when I would call in a service request and the scheduler would tell me someone would be out right away and no one ever showed up for days. I would have to call additional times. That is not good management at all. I can say the parking is fine. However, overall, I would not recommend this apartment if you are one that expects quality because you won't get it at Wintergreen Apartments.
