Althought the 1-BR apt. wasn't bad, dealing with any management or maintenance was hideous! Look out for hidden fees in the small print. Even though I gave 60 days notice of move-out, I was still charged $1600 as a penalty for leaving (after 2 and a half years). Then, Henderson Webb leasing refused to return half of my security deposit for "supposed" carpet stains. It's very disappointing. To make matters worse, I've been waiting for over 2 months and have yet to actually receive half of this security deposit!!!!!! No one at customer service can answer my questions; they even hang up on me occasionally. Do not rent from any Henderson Webb apartments!!!!

I totally agree with you. I would not recommend renting from Henderson Webb. Customer Service is awful. I too have been hung up on. The construction of the building is the worse. You can hear EVERYTHING and the floors are very, very noisy. I can not wait until my lease is up so I can get out of this place.

Hi, I live here and I have had almost no problems with them. My only issue is the thin walls when I was told before I moved in that the walls were sound conditioned. Lie!!! The parking is lousy. People are very inconsiderate in that regard, but the apartment itself, I love. Good luck with your new place.
