I lived here for two years. The only reason for that is that you have to give a minimum of 60 days notice, and they let you know that at 60 days. IT'S NOT DISCUSSED IN THE LEASE. The maintenance folks come in whenever they want, and spy for the management staff. I've come home and they have gone through my things. The other folks are absolutely correct about customer service. They are horrific to deal with. I'd like to find out who P.D. Delaney is. She should be imprisoned for the concentration camp atmosphere she keeps here. Go to Hogarth Circle on a Friday morning and talk to the hundreds, yes hundreds, of folks that she has filed eviction notices on. Please, no matter how sweet the deal, DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE owned by Henderson Webb. If you do so, you do so at your own risk.

Amen to that! That's why I'm leaving next month! Just cause they are a big company, doesn't mean they can treat people like crap. I hope they go bankrupt, and Ms. Herb and P.F. Delaney lose their jobs! What goes around, comes around. They will get theirs eventually, Believe that!
