My husband and I lived at Cranbrook Hills for one year and could barely stand it for another minute. Pitfalls: kids constantly ringing your intercom to get into the building, one bedrooms and two bedrooms in the same unit so single people and people with families (bad mix) together, ignorant neighbors who blast stereos/tv's/remove your laundry, horrible construction, can hear everything! Pro's: good maintenance. The amount of racket in this place was enough to drive you crazy, you will not have peace and quiet here.
