It's OKAY for the price BUT don't look for too much!

From the time I moved in, I've NEVER seen any roaches or mice....NOT ONE...Thank GOD!!!
If it's 50 degrees outside, you can best believe it will be 40 degrees & lower in your apartment. The insulation is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
Your BGE bill is ALWAYS high during the winter months trying to keep the apartment warm.
The windows and the sliding doors in the apartment has to be sealed with plastic or else you get a serious draft. Maintenance made the suggestion to me & it has helped out SOMEWHAT!!!
Sometimes the children play in the hallways. Why, I haven't the slightest idea. It can become very annoying at times.
Maintenance is one of the better things in this complex. They do come out & fix things ASAP as opposed to waiting days & days at a time.
As for parking....Let's just say, try not to come home after 10:00 PM or else you'll be taking more than a while to find a parking space.
