What an ordeal! Don't even think of move in here! When I moved in, my apartment was a mess. They never cleaned, inspected or repaired. Sure, the maintenance department responds quickly (as other reviewers stated) but just how many times do I have to call the customer service to get this place in a move-in condition' I'm not asking much, just a clean carpet without trash, debris or dead bugs, working dish washer and garbage disposal, shower stall and tub without molds. I really don't think I'm asking for something out of ordinary.

Also, some residents are less than desirableplaying loud music until late at night, used contraceptives thrown out outside the building...not very respectful.

I'm going to break the lease early and move out. The thing is that this and the most of properties in this area are managed by Henderson-Webb. It means, no matter which apartment I choose, it will be sub-par. I wanted to live in this area because I work nearby but I may have to move further.

Which one of the apts. was it? Cinnamon Ridge? Barrett's Delight? Etc???

It is so ghetto now. I remember when these places were build and it was all young professionals. Thank Maryland's Democrats for removing the housing projects downtown and shipping all the ghetto to Cockeysville.
