Henderson-Webb is the company that owns Cranbrook Hills. Originally I signed a one year lease. So now I lived here for about a year now. And I can't stand it here, see they offer a no safety deposit deal where you don't have to pay any money down when you first get the apartment. Which sounds cool at first but then you have to realize what type of people need such a thing. The neighbor down stairs beats his wife, I've been asked for "weed" numerous times when encountering my neighbors. There's been half a dozen vehicles stolen from the area. So then I didn't want to renew my lease. Which then I found out that three months before a lease runs out, they automaticly renew your lease with out any notice. Even though I gave them more then a month of notice before my lease ran out.
