Save yourself the frustration and never, ever move into a Woodstream apartment (or an apartment managed by Hendersen-Webb, for that matter). The apartment is in very poor repair. There are cracks in the ceiling, the windows are HORRIBLE (you can hear air whistling through the cracks where they don't seal), the cabinets are falling apart, there is a huge gap between the dishwasher where, one presumes, a piece of wood trim used to be. The floor is not level, the front door is hanging crookedly, the stove does not heat evenly and the exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn't work well. There was a real problem with roaches, too, for a while. Worst of all, there is a leak causing the carpeting to get wet. The management has done NOTHING to solve this problem. All they do is wet/dry vac the carpet up and then it's wet again the next day.

The customer service reps are nice enough, though they do not always seem to understand problems that you're having. The maintenance technicians are, sad to say, generally very incompetant. They may respond within a day or two (but not always), though THEY HARDLY EVER FIX THE PROBLEM, necessitating many, many repeat trips. It's infuriating. The emergency customer service rep has failed to forward TWO emergencies to the day crew the next day, making it seem as if we never reported any problems. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE.

I promise that I am not exaggerating any of this even the slightest bit. Don't move to Woodstream, or any apartment managed by Hendersen-Webb. If you heed this warning, you'll save yourself a lot of money and you will almost certainly find a better place to live elsewhere. I regret moving to the Woodstream community every day.

YOU WOULD PROBABLY BE SMART TO NEVER, EVER RENT AN APARTMENT FROM HENDERSEN-WEBB.
