Terrible plumbing, management, safety!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
This is a cockroach-ridden dump! The pipes are in such bad repair that there are frequent shut-downs of water and heat! The management is too cheap to suppy bulbs for their on-site outdoor lamps and as a result cars are broken into frequently. I've never lived in a such an indifferently managed place. Safety is a real issue here. Avoid it.
