Pat, the manager, is dishonest. Make sure you get every claim from her in a written form. I did not and it cost me $1200. She verbally released me from my lease--she told me she had someone to move into my apartment and that I was free to leave without penalty--and I was then billed $1200 several months later because of her negligence. Though friendly in person, she acted as if she did not recall releasing me from my lease when I called her (I thought the bill I received was a mistake.) Also, Berwyn House is just not a very nice place to live--it's somewhat dirty and parking is a nightmare.
