I don't seem to have had as many problems as some of those posting here.....

There was a fair amount of noise, which I understood - living within a mile of so of campus. There are security concerns EVERYWHERE in College Park, this wasn't a property which could enclose itself (being right off of a main arterie from rt 1).

I never had problems with bugs or rodents. Any messes made by the students were cleaned up every morning. The only sanitiation problem I had was with tenants filling the garbage room and/or blocking the garbage chute on weekends (not addressed by maintenance until Monday.) It appeared that most of the actual repairs (again- tenants breaking light covers, tenants punching holes in the walls, and tenants marking walls) were taken care of within a reasonable period of time. My only neccessary repair was a burnt out motor in a garbage disposal, which was taken care of in one week.

I had 2 neighbors who have both lived in the building for 10 years, both of whom appeared to take most of the apparent problems" in stride.

Pat can be a bit much to take in at first. She is a little "eclectic", definately not on drugs,and always friendly. I received a pretty large part of my deposit back without having had an official walk through upon leaving and having not adequately cleaned my space.

The apartment (one of their efficiencies ) was the most reasonably priced in College Park that I could find. I had no car at the time and found the location to be key. Parking did look a bit cramped.

I've certainly lived in worst.
