Recently, we went under new management. As things are starting to settle down some structure has started to take place. Some of the staff is the same and some new faces have appeared. We have a new manager that seems to be quite reasonable as she has assisted me in my favor with two situations. Talk of plans to renovate in summer of 2006 has been mentioned, but some immediate physical change to the building are suppose to be in way. My apartment is spacious for the area (EFF) and the price is right on the money, especially for College Park. Like I said, things can change. Been good for me so far!
