The previous reviews had lots of complaints about the property manage Pat Crawford. When I moved in she was nothing but pleasant and helpful. However, due to health problems the building has come under new management and they are terrible. On top of always having an attitude they really suck at their jobs. The place is starting to fall apart with leaks everywhere (renovation is planned in a couple years). My advice would be to stay away, I'm glad I got out.
