I've lived at the Berwyn for two years and I don't know what the hell those previous people were talking about. They must have been the ones I was always calling management about regarding noise complaints or just actin' a fool. The old management was decent, a little unorganized at times, but decent. The new management is decent as well. I think all the folks complaning are the ones that have issues with authority. I would reccommed this place to live. Hey, the space is large and the rent is affordable for the location.
