A Nightmare-crazy management, building falling apart!

Avoid this place like the plague. The old property manager and resident managers were nutz and the new resident manager seems indifferent, and her help in the office rude. The air and heat are shut off frequently because the old plumbing stinks and is not fixed correctly. Bugs are everywhere and the locks on outside doors often broken. THE BUILDING WAS SOLD A WHILE ago and the new owners havent done a thing.
A rotten and unsafe building that used to be nice until the last owners put the building up for sale and let everything go.. Feh.
