My roommate and I really enjoy living here. We really like the management, they know us by name and apartment. Whenever we have had a maintaince issue, the problem has been taken care of within the day. The room are pretty dencenly sized, we've always felt safe, and all utilities are included.

It's not a perfect apartment building, but it's College Park. In the beginning we did see several roaches, but once we bought traps they never reappeared.

Definitely recommend this apartment.
