I've lived there for several years now and quite frankly a lot of the comments are troubling. I was recently told of this site and it's "usefullness", but when I looked at it, it's nothing more then a chance for people to moan and complain. First off, the rent is very reasonable considering this _is_ College Park. They pay for most of your bills, which I love, and the rent itself isn't terribly high. It's not a BRAND NEW apartment, but that's an extremely unreasonable assumption to make when looking for a place to live in College Park.

It's very close to campus, quite convienently located near some stores, and isn't too far away from anything. As far as the management staff goes' Either you love the management, or you hate them. I have no problem with the manager and have found her to be extremely curteous and quick to solve my problems, should I have one.

Bottom line, don't judge a book before you've even looked at the cover, much less before you've actually looked inside the book. They recently switched management companies, and this new company...I think it's called University House, is really, really good about stuff. No problems! I love it there and I'm living there next year too!
