Poor Place to Live

I've seen drug dealers and homeless pan handlers in the parking lot. I've had the water turned off for entire days. I've seen roaches the size of my thumb running around. Bottom line, find somewhere else to live. The University View apartment complex across the street is 10 times better than this run-down, mismanaged dwelling.
