The vandalism in this building was extremely high and considering it was a brand new, renovated building, it looks terrible. Rents were constantly threatened to be increased due to the partying and destruction. No service was ever available. It was very noisy so unless you are a party person and plan on failing classes or being in the library all the time don't live here. The sanitary conditions are disgusting and no service requests are answered. There are mice and puke covers the place from Thursday to Monday. Parking permits are no longer free for visitors which shows how they change the rules and they allow workers to take visitor spots. Security is terrible and none existent basically although there is an invisible police officer who parks his car out front. The staff is rude and other residents are careless and rude as well banging on everyone's door as they destroy everything along the way. It has been the worst lease of my college experience. I would recommend leasing a basement studio or house, even the View over this place. Heck, even on campus is nicer, at least when the fire alarm is pulled over and over in the middle of the night the building isn't destroyed in the process.
