The apartments are infested with mice and management takes no steps to get rid of them. The building is refurbished and its obvious it was refurbished in a quick, cheap manner. The hallways and elevators smell terrible. The walls are paper thin, making it impossible to sleep through the night because you can hear everything as clear as day. When your neighbor closes their door, your floor shakes. Employees are incompetent and are unwilling to provide any type of service to tenants. If rent wasn't bad enough, wait until you move out and they nickel and dime you, then make up rules about why they can't give you your full deposit back.
