The Berwyn House Apts aren't actually as bad as some of the other reviews claim. I just moved in here at the beginning of the fall 2008 semester and I've enjoyed it. I live in a studio apartment and the space is really great! It's not too small, but decently sized. I've never seen any roaches or mice in my apartment (possibly because I live on the 5th floor), but overall, it's a nice place to live.

Of course, there are a few things to be weary of:
-Starting next fall semester, utilities will not be included and will need to be paid separately (only if you go over $70) - I'd bring a portable heater during the winter season.
-The parking is pretty expensive, but there's a bus stop right outside the apartment.
-Visitor parking is extremely limited.
-The walls are PAPER THIN! It's impossible to get a night of complete silence - bring earplugs.
-People tend to party a lot, not sure if this is good or bad depending on what you like to do.
-Outside is dimly lit at night so it tends to be more dangerous.
-The hot water is not hot, it's more lukewarm.
-Management is nice as long as you're not rude or stuck up.

Basically, the apartment is decent for it's price (although rent is upping next year) and if you don't mind the noise, it's a good place to live.
