Horrible. THe building is loud all the time, the parking was horrible. I paid about $100 in parking tickets in six months. The office staff was rude and never heplful. After the blizzard when my car was buried in four feet of snow thte offive refused to lend me a friggin shovel. They towed my roommates car even though it had a valid permit because the permit had been issued to my car and the office didn't allow us to share a permit, we had to go and pay money for a new permit everytime we rotated the permit. We paid $1500 a month, had three people in the apartment and was given one permit. It was a complete rip-off. Save your money
