This is not a good place to live. The obvious plus here is just the location. That is what jacks the rent up. Two big problems were roaches and parking. The roaches became just part of the apartment after a while. While we would freak out at first, soon enough, we would see dozens all over our counters and floor and it's just like, "hmm, another roache". Management is good though. They do try to help out, but their exterminator must be spraying roach food, rather than poison. The exterminator doesn't help at all. Parking is the suckiest part of this place. You get (if lucky) ONE parking permit per apartment. We had three people. The limited spots on the street are always full after 10 pm and I got so many parking tickets at meters and yellow curbs. Plus that is a good way for a girl to get raped and mugged. Local thugs like to rob people around the area. The apartments themselves are kind of crappy. The elevator feels like it is about to break every time and they always smell like puke and cheap beer.
