The only thing these apartments have going for them is the location. The apartment/building (Unit 615) we were in was infested with ---- roaches, the carpets had mold on them and safety was a big issue. It was a one bedroom with three tenants one of whom was forced to live on a porch that had been converted into a bedroom. If you can steer as far away from these apartments as you possibly can.
