| Rental fee is ~$200 cheaper than other apt in this area. Location is good because there are many shopping center nearby( shoppers, giant, Ikea, Costco, Target etc.. ). Reasonable maintenance and nice neighbors. Hardwood floor caused noise sometimes. | ||||||||||||
