Acceptable, but just barely

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
Pros: Spacious apartments, decent heat and AC, plenty of closet space, quiet neighborhood, maintenence is quick to respond and does a great job, laundry facilities available, Shuttle bus available to and from campus during the evenings.
Cons: Management is very disorganized and incompetant (excluding maintenence), not the safest of areas, only 1 parking spot per apartment regardless of the number of tennants and parking policies very unclear, somewhat cramped kitchens, no exhaust fans in the bathrooms.
