This place is fine. Its been a typical housing experience with so many college students. The biggest problem, unfortunately, is my own neighbors in the building. My unit is cool as fair as getting repairs completed, etc. Parking is a little tight, so if you have more than two cars you might want to consider that. Otherwise, I've enjoyed my stay. If you want something decently priced within walking distance to UMD, its cool.
