Over the last year I have lived at parkside there have been wanted posters on all the doors looking for the burglars that broke into several apartments. the previous reviewer is right about the roaches and mice. The surrounding community makes you afraid to walk the streets at night. The predatory tow trucks they hire will tow you even if you have a permit if you're parked to close to the lines on the small spaces, don't even try to park here if don't have a permit, they have 12 visitor spaces that are always full. they tow year round even when the parking lot is practically empty. The Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors using the bathroom and brushing their teeth. The walls are easily damaged if you bump against them which will most likely result in you losing your security deposit. Do not move in here unless it's your last option.
