we've personally killed at least 4 mice this year and have seen more, there are also ants. The office is rarely open when needed and they aren't very helpful. The towing company blows as they have towed repeatedly cars with permits so they changed tow companies and this one is even worse, the number they give you is invalid and it is impossible to get the car back. Our apartment got broken into and the people in the office claimed that they can't watch the tape of the surveillance camera when they are running so we called the cops and then they retracted their statement and admitted that the 5th and 6th floor cameras don't actually work. There is also no lighting whatsoever in any of the rooms except for the kitchen and a small light in the corner for the closets. When we first moved in our window didn't open and our air conditioning/heater never worked so we called matainence to come fix and they did come, but said they couldn't fix it with the tools they had and said they would be back in half an hour to fix it and they never came back...that was roughly 9 months ago. Do not live here ever. PERIOD.
