Seven Springs Village

STAY AWAY!!! From: tiffster49007 Date posted: 1/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I lived in Seven Springs for a year and I have not had a good experience at all. The business manager is not helpful at all and rude. They charged my dad's card for two months instead of one and when I went to pay my rent they stated that I was up to date. The next thing I know is that I got an eviction notice on my door. When I went to the business office to see what was going on they said that they made a mistake and had been trying to get in contact with me. Never received any message or letter like they stated. Also the paint in my living room is peeling and I have mice as roomates. I was suckered into another two month after my lease was up because I didnt give a 60 day notice. So not only did I lose the new place I found I had to pay an extra $300 a month to stay. Run like the wind its not worth it. I found a two bedroom in Silver Springs with a fireplace and washer and dryer for the price of a one bedroom there.
