Although I have now lived here for 3 years(one year while I was in college and 2 years after graduating)I am so FED UP with having to live in a mediocore place for such a steep price. For months now there is a mystery stinky goo that runs all over the sidewalk to my building(all signs point to raw sewage) that has yet to be attended to. There have been memos about dog doo in the grass (which has never been an issue for me cause I TRY to walk on the sidewalk... hard now with the goo) however, the bigger problem is the goose poo all over the sidewalks, tennis courts, poolside, and walking paths. Also, it seems that due to the age of the buildings(oh...i did not get new carpet when i moved in it was old with stains and holes and dusty) I have constant allergies. Buisness and maitinence are NO HELP and refuse to clean carpets, or figure out WHY MY APARTMENT SMELLS LIKE CIGARETTE SMOKE WHEN I AM NOT A SMOKER!!! There is mold growing all the time in bathroom(fan has NEVER WORKED, kitchen, and in the utility closet...that no amount of bleach seems to kill. Normal household dust should not be black!! I wish I could post a pic of my face in the morning so show how bad I look with swolen eyes and itchy red skin. I have had to spend hundereds of dollars on air purifiers and filters just to brethe and not itch my skin. For the price, try moving out of the college town and commute in if you need to.

Ok, if you have been living there that long then you obviously are ok with where you live. Otherwise, you would have left as soon as your lease was up the first time. Either stop pissing and moaning or do something about it and MOVE OUT of the dump you live. It's that simple!

I wouldn't have moved in there in the first place. Look before you lease because you would be paying their salary until you get your own real estate.
