The location is good. However, the business staff is not the great especially the property manager. The property manager does not want the residents to challenge her. If you do, they will probably not renew your lease. Seven Springs Village is more interested on the outside vs. the inside. There were problems with mice/rats in my apartment. I asked Maintenance to treat my apartment. They told me that they can spray my apartment. However, the mice/rats would go to the next apartments.
I would not recomend this place to professionals or the University of Maryland students. Also, please that the rent goes up every year by 75% of your prior costs.
By the way, the windows need to be repaired. My first year at Seven Springs Village, snow was coming through the sliding door.
