mice and roaches

Noise making by those undergraduate part animals is a problem.

Even more, there are mice and roaches in my building (9348). And the maintenance cannot solve those pests.

The skyrocketing price is ridiculous. My 1-bedroom costs $1,060 a month! Don't be fooled by the promotion. It is only valid for the first year and will go up at least $100 a month. I regret that I stay here for the second year just because of my laziness for moving.
