Awful management, services, and manteinance

This has been the worst apartment building I have ever lived in. My expectations were great when I moved there, but problems started since the same day I moved. The building has nothing to do with building I saw during my visit. I asked for a change, and the answer was there is nothing else availble. Do not complain about anything, nobody cares. Heather was turned off in March and air conditioner has never worked until today. During weekends nobody cleans the building and everything is a mess since Friday night.
