Worst place in College Park

I moved into my apartment for $1099 a month. Although it says you can control the temperature in the rooms, they decide when they want to turn the AC and heating on. Forget about having any problems on the weekend. They say they have emergency maintenance, but no one ever shows up. Then my motorcycle gets stolen one night because the super efficient guard, who is barely there to begin with, at the gate let thieves in. Seven Springs didn't have a care in the world about my theft. They spent all this money on the elevators to look nice, but they are ----. They never work and when they do, they are rediculously slow. They stop on random floors for no reason and then get stuck. After my lease was up, I had to stay an extra month because of school. My new rent was $1574. Almost a $400 increase from what I was paying. This place is an overpriced --------. The only thing good I can say about it is I am glad I never have to live there again.
