Seven Springs Village

Horrible. Stay Away! From: HarleyQuinnKT Date posted: 7/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Seven Springs seems really nice your first year. Then, if you try to renew your lease they up the rent by a LOT. We couldn't afford the new rates so we had to move out. Then, after we moved out management contacted us because there is a loophole in the fine print that says unless you notify them 2 months before you leave the apartment, they continue the lease on a month to month basis at a ridiculous rate. We're still paying for the apartment that we were basically kicked out of, even though manegment knew full well that we were leaving. (I was in there at least twice a week trying to be able to get the apartment.) Overall it is an aweful place. Do not live there!
