Had computer stolen by staff

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived at Seven Springs for a year and two months. When I was looking for a place in College Park it looked like the best, but I soon found out why there are so many bad reviews on this website.
The business office is not responsive, the elevators are extremely slow, the buildings are not secure, there ARE roaches in the apartments, they don't turn on the AC when it is 85 degrees outside (due to regulations, I quote), etc. The maintenance staff entered our apartment without notice, without consent, and forgot to lock or event shut our door when they left!
This spring our computer was stolen from our apartment by someone who had a key to our apartment - the police confirmed the lock had not been jimmied. Then a week later it happened to our nieghbors down the hall - their computer was stolen by someone who had a key. The management would not even consider the fact that it could have been done by one of their staff - they refused to launch an internal investigation. When that happened, we gave them notice that we were moving out as soon as possible. We moved out even before we had a place to live, and lived in a motel for a while - that's how bad it was.
I know that the price is right, the size is right, and the utilies are included. But if you do live there, do not have maintenance enter your apartment and do switch out your locks so that staff do not have the key to enter as they please.
