My experience at seven springs village was horrible, I couldn't wait to get out
of there. My overall feeling about the place is that the leasing office has a low
screening process, so the tenants are often pretty low class and the business
office does not care about their tenants at all.
For example, I had to have neighbors below me thrown out within the first year of
my stay because they repeatedly threw glass beer bottles off their balcony-in the
road where I would be driving and walking the next day-the raod would literally
be a sheet of sparkling glass when they were through--complete rednecks! Another
expereince with neighbors were directly above me. I come to find out after
complaining twice about LOUD noices until 3 in the AM that the man is
beating(senseless by the sounds of it) his girlfriend. And I held off months
before complaining of which there were consecutive nights of 3-4 hour long
apparent beatings( wish for her sake I had called police). When I finally did complain I directly wrote my neighbors-being neighborly- and got harassed from the guy and then REPRIMANDED by the propertymanager for taking the problems into my own hands. The second time I complained was when the office told me he beats her-apparently they know about it but don't do anything about it, nice people huh'
My second problem with the managemnet was when my upsatirs neighbors flooded my
apartment twice. The second time was really bad, like fifty gallons of water through the bathroom air vent! From a backed up toilet on a sunday. The maintenace crew took care of the other apartment that flooded mine but never came back to mine after the initial inspection. She just looked around and said she'd be back. So I had to clean up gallons of fecal water myself! The management didn't even send anyone to clean the soaked carpets until I called three days later to complain about the stench. Mind you, the maintenca had said on sunday they would get someone to shampoo and everything-they supposedly put in the order sunday which they must not have done.
I felt after that expereince I could stay there no longer because the manager treated me as though I was the problem , while I was the victem. She was very rude to me. And when I asked if someone could clean out the air vent that was probaly bacteria ridden she said it was not a necessary maintenance request.
Other problems with this place are that the locks to the front doors are ALWAYS broken, so it is not a safe building. It is also a very noisy place, not only the people but the structure itself. The walls are very thin, so you will actually hear people using the bathroom! Its disgusting. It is also very noisy outside, the gate and the buses. They also do not maintain the building inside very well. They won't recieve packages for you. And they never washed the windows from the outside, in a highrise, the entire two years i lived there.

Uhm....Elizabeth? Honey, you should have called the police on the girlfriend beater...it's a shame that you didn't. Can't really trust your review considering the fact that you didn't do anything smart and productive about a domestic violence problem of which you were aware. I'm still shocked by this little incident you described...actually, disgusted is a better word.
