I'm moving in this weekend!!! I had not seen all these comments and at first sight and second sight the place seemed great. Maybe a liitle pricey but clean and safe. Anyway I have heard of employees writing good reviews about it. I certainly hope it's not as bad as you guys say or there's something good that comes out of it. Thanks for the info people.

It's not the worst around but the apartments do get hot when the central air breaks (regularly). The drunken students party their asses off at all hours, the fire department is there at least once a week for false alarms, the rental staff is nasty and the rent is very expensive.
