I lived on 9314. I had mice in my kitchen. Cougth one with a stiky trap. The oven was infested of mice droppings inside (I guess your will also full of it on the lower trays). The mice enters trough the cables that feed the electric oven. A/C is switched only after ceirtain dates, so, I suffered 110f inside my apartment more than once (somebody posted 98f, that was nothing). They wanted to finished their work after I move in and I say no. The guy was clearly dopped, sniffing all the time (I have allergies, but he was not to be fixed with allegra). I got out before the end of my 1 year lease because I got really active, calling housing from the goverment and posting pictures of the mice that I got in my apartment.

I've never had mice problems yet, but I will agree with the office staff review. They are extremely rude. I also had a similar problem with my air conditioning breaking while I was away for the weekend. My cats were left in the apartment and since the air was on, I had the door closed. It was about 110 in mine as well and this 24 hour emergency maintenance is a joke! Unless the building is burning down, they aren't coming - and then that doesn't happen either. The apartment above mine had a busted pipe, so water was coming in my ceiling over the bathtub. Someone finally came and poked a hole in the ceiling to let the water drain, but didn't come back to fix it like he said he was going to. Finally two days later I called. The next day they came back out and replaced the ceiling and painted. There is now paint all over the tub and shower as well as dry wall shavings. BUT they never did anything about the mold that is still growing in the corner above my shower! This place is a dump, and the rent is ridiculous. The lock on the doors downstairs never works. I hate this place and will move out as SOON as my lease is up!
